What we are asked most.
What counts as an activated machine?
A machine with an active label. Decommissioned machines stop counting from the following month, and a machine without a label costs nothing – you can record your whole estate and label only what is under service.
Do I have to buy the labels from you?
No. You can download the sheets as PDF and have them printed yourself. The labels we supply are laminated and UV-resistant, because a label in a plant room has to survive ten years.
How long am I committed for?
Monthly after the first year; the first year is fixed. The setup fee covers the import, the training and the first label batch and is not refunded.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You get a full export of your machines, requests and documents. Thirty days after the contract ends everything is deleted for good, including from backups on their usual cycle.
